1. Services
Top Glass Exterior Cleaning Ltd provides exterior cleaning services including window cleaning, gutter clearing, pressure washing, and related services across Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset and the Chew Valley.
2. Bookings & Quotes
- Quote estimates are indicative and subject to confirmation after property assessment
- Regular cleaning schedules are subject to availability
- We will provide advance notice of scheduled visits via text and email
3. Access
- Customers must ensure reasonable access to the property
- Gates, side access, and water supply should be accessible where required
- If access is not available on a scheduled visit, a missed visit fee may apply
4. Payment
- Payment is due after each completed clean
- We accept bank transfer, card, and GoCardless payments
- Invoices are provided electronically unless requested otherwise
5. Cancellation
- Customers may cancel or reschedule with reasonable notice
- We reserve the right to cancel services due to adverse weather or safety concerns
6. Liability
- We carry full public liability insurance
- Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues not caused by our service
